Homestead Village Pensacola has independent living apartments in five (5) different buildings located throughout its campus.

All Independent Living includes all electric, gas, water/sewer, and breakfast and lunch served in our new restaurant!

Monthly rents range from $1,789 to $2,300 for studio apartments, and $2,086 to $2,862 for one-bedroom units (including breakfast and lunch, gas, electric, and water/sewer utilities).

Move-in subject to availability and financial qualification. Respite stays are not available in independent living (assisted living and memory care only).

Cottages A & B

Cottages A & B are centrally-located along the western frontage of Homestead Village’s residential campus, centrally located between the restaurant and the community center / administrative offices. Cottages A & B offer studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Cottage H

Cottage H, in the quietest part of campus, is also located conveniently located directly next to our resident parking lot. The restaurant is also located a short walk around the event deck . Cottage H offers studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Cottage V

Cottage V is also the home of our restaurant (brand new, opened October 2024!), so in this building you never have to walk far for breakfast or lunch. Cottage V offers studio and one-bedroom apartments. Four units in Cottage V are located on the second floor, which are offered at a discounted price due to the stairs (currently all leased, but accepting waitlist applications).

The Gardens

For prospective residents with more flexible budgets who are seeking larger apartments, we recommend our Gardens Building. Currently fully occupied, we are now taking wait list reservations for studios (565 sf), 1-bedroom / 1.5-bath units (862-900 sf), and 2-bedroom apartments (1,040 sf). The Gardens is centrally located on campus, offering interior courtyard space, common area, covered parking available for rent, and close proximity to the restaurant.
